Tri Spiral Yoga School offers knowledge and expertise from three passionate Yoga Elders, each a specialist in their field and dedicated to upholding high professional standards. Our training is trauma-aware and deeply rooted in yoga philosophy, with a mission not only to nurture individuals on their yoga journey but also to honour the collective. Our trainings are inclusive, small group learnings adaptable to suit every body. We are accredited by Yoga Teachers Together, upholding standards in yoga teacher trainings.
