Yoga Teacher Training
Come join us on the next step of Yoga journey, beyond a weekly class.
This 200+ hour course is for those who seek to become a qualified Yoga
Teacher under the guidance of an experienced Yoga Elder and Teacher
Trainer, but is also suitable if you just want to study more for your own
self-development ( therefore you don’t have to complete the
assessments)
Committed to small cohorts for quality learning and ongoing support , you will receive manual notes to compliment experiential learning that is both trauma-aware and somatic informed.
This training is accessible to all body shapes and sizes. Learn about all
aspects of yoga beyond just the postures.
Suitable for those with a regular Yoga practice (which may be in different forms such as posture, breath work, meditation.) After an expression of interest, one of our team will get in touch and arrange a zoom chat with one of the the course tutors.
What you’ll learn:
A holistic approach to the appropriate, safe and practical application of yoga;
To consider the application of yoga philosophy in modern life
Build awareness of teaching postures, breathwork and mantra in a creative way.
To teach yoga in a trauma sensitive manner.
How to plan and teach yoga classes & workshops;
An understanding of anatomy and physiology,
The history of yoga, Vedanta philosophy, Patanjali’s Sutras and the
different paths of yoga;
How to use your voice as a powerful tool and to grow your confidence
