through early intervention from ages 3-15 years.

Children's Yoga Teacher

Suitable for parents, teachers, adult yoga teachers, people who have their own regular practice who are interested in teaching yoga to children.

These are the questions we encourage young people to consider whilst they undertake this course. This is a powerful course that has consistently inspired young people to reflect on their own sense of purpose.

Ideally, it is delivered in 12 sessions but can be altered to suit the needs of the children & their environment.
